Rules

Dogs up to 55 pounds and cats spayed/neutered for $10.

Residents of Madison County, IL are required to pay a $10 rabies registration fee.

You MUST CALL 618-488-2656 to make an appointment.

You must call at least 24 hours in advance of the clinic.

Pets must be healthy; no pregnant females; males must have two testicles.

Pets CANNOT have food or water after 8pm the night before their surgery.

Bring your pet by 8am. Leave your pet at the "Waggin'" for its surgery.

Pick your pet up between 4-4:30pm.

Cats must be in a sturdy plastic carrier.

Dogs must be leashed.

Must provide proof of low income or public assistance: WIC, SS, SSI, Medicaid, Food stamps; paycheck stub less than $20,000 individual; paycheck stub less than $32,000 family. If you have no proof of public assistance or low income, your cost is $40.
